Subject: Authorization for Mobile Application Publication and App Store Management

To Whom It May Concern,

This Authorization Letter is issued by TÜKİB - Türk Kazak İş İnsanları Birliği (“TÜKİB”).

We hereby confirm that the TÜKİB mobile application is an official digital product of TÜKİB, and all rights, ownership, branding, and content related to the application fully belong to our association.

TÜKİB explicitly authorizes Basamak Bilişim Danışmanlık as its official technical development and publishing partner for the mobile application.

Within this authorization, Basamak Bilişim Danışmanlık is fully authorized to act on behalf of TÜKİB for all mobile application-related technical, publishing, and platform management processes, including but not limited to:

• Publishing and managing the application on Apple App Store and Google Play Store,

• Managing Apple Developer Program and App Store Connect processes related to the application,

• Performing updates, maintenance, and technical improvements,

• Handling communication and compliance requirements during app review processes.

This authorization is granted in full recognition of Basamak Bilişim Danışmanlık as the official technical partner for the mobile application.
